Kristin Kabay, MS, RD, CSSD, LD is a native Houstonian and practicing dietitian. She studied nutrition and psychology at the University of Houston, eventually earning a masters of science in nutrition.
Working in the healthcare field, Kristin moved on to work as a director in the corporate wellness field, advocating for lifestyle and behavior modifications through nutrition and exercise to prevent disease and promote health and wellbeing. A champion of the Exercise As Medicine Movement, Kristin believes if exercise was a pill, it would be the most prescribed drug on the planet!
In her personal life, Kristin's a life-long athlete, runner, and self-professed endurance junkie! She's completed countless races including multiple Boston Marathons and is working toward setting a personal best with a sub-3 hour marathon time.
When Kristin isn't running, she's empowering people to make lasting changes to their lifestyle and improve health. By working with individuals to discover the powerful impact nutrition and lifestyle as medicine have to prevent illness and promote health, she's helped countless people find personalized solutions to ditch their diets. Kristin understands there's no one size fits all approach to nutrition or health and believes anyone, no matter what their goal, can achieve it with good food, the right tools, and great coaching.
Kristin is a licensed and registered dietitian in the state of Texas, and a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
